The holidays are a magical season: family visits, reminiscing about past memories, and making new ones, indulging in delicious food, exchanging plenty of gifts, and late nights with meaningful conversations. Or simply spending time alone, treating yourself to a good movie and some well-deserved rest.

My dad, who is 62 years old, often says, "life flies by," and emphasizes the importance of enjoying each moment to the fullest.

"You are always living in the eternal now," as the Yogis would say. Your life is made up of a continuous supply of nows. Just think about it, you are never in the past or the future. You are always here and in the now. The key to finding more peace and contentment is to be present and fully immersed in what’s in front of you.
