Marcus Rashford is a young football (soccer) player who plays for Manchester United and the England national team. This year, he had an amazing season, scoring 30 goals. It's a great story of redemption because he didn't perform as well in the past two seasons.

During the COVID pandemic, he did a lot of charitable work. He helped kids who were suffering the most by giving them food and clothes. It showed that he's not only a great footballer but also a kind-hearted person. He used his own money to help people in need.

He later received an MBE from the British royal family, which is a special honor in Britain for people who do good things in different areas like arts, sciences, charity work, and public service.

But some people criticized him. They said he was only doing it for publicity or to look good. They even said he was distracted from his football career because he spent time helping children in need. But all of this is nonsense. He doesn't need more publicity because he's already famous. He is the number 10 of Manchester United, one of the biggest and most famous clubs in the world.

When people do good things, there’s always others that try to bring them down. They criticize them, they come up with reasons why someone is doing something and project their negativity onto them. It happens in every country.

The Yogis realize that these people will always exist, not because they are bad, but because they find themselves in another stage of development, personal growth and unfoldment. They fail to see the ‘good’ in people and rather focus on looking for the ‘bad’ in everyone.

I've experienced something similar in my own life. When I started talking about the Yogi philosophy, some people made fun of me (and still do). But I don't care about their opinion. Marcus Rashford doesn't care about the British media’s opinion either. He know his worth and the only validation he needs is from himself. From doing the right thing.

People who criticize others are often unhappy in their own lives. They don't take the time to reflect on themselves or contribute in any way to society. We shouldn't let their negativity affect us. We should follow and listen to those who have already become what we want to become.

So, don't let people bring you down when you're doing something good. Keep shining your light and don't worry about what others think. As the saying goes,

"Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind."

Keep doing what you believe is right.
