It was a period in which I learned the most in my life. And it was the period during which I sacrificed the most. It was a period when I had a lot of fun. And it was the period where I was really stressed. It was a period when I made a lot of connections. And it was a period when I grew apart from a lot of friends and relationships. It was a time when I felt happy, fulfilled, and on the right path. And it was a time when I felt overwhelmed and confused.

It was a relentless and futile struggle, a never-ending cycle of excitement and exhaustion. The weight of it all sometimes crushed me, as if nothing I did could make a difference in the end. Despite the long hours and tireless effort I put into my late restaurant venture, I couldn't come close to making a profit.

This is how life feels sometimes, doesn't it? Like you are nothing but a small speck in the grand scheme of things. That your efforts and contributions are deemed insignificant by the world around you. Your mind constantly reminding you that your work doesn't matter.

But deep down, you know that every action makes a difference, no matter how small or unimportant it may seem. Like the little things in my restaurant that people appreciated - the delicious food, kind service, and welcoming atmosphere. Though they seemed small in the grand scheme of things, they made a difference in someone's day.

You have the power to make an impact, no matter how insignificant you may feel in the world. Like a puzzle piece that connects to other pieces to create a larger picture. Each one is essential and necessary to complete the puzzle.

You have a role to play in the great machinery of life. You are just as important as any president of any country or CEO of a Fortune 500 company or member of the Royal Family.

In fact, if the atoms comprising your higher self were to disappear, the universe would crumble. Every one of your actions touches countless humans. People depend on you. Keep pushing forward and never forget your worth.

If you have found value in the Daily Yogi emails, can you briefly share why?
