In 1962, a young Phil Knight had what he called a "crazy idea" while on his daily morning run. As his feet struck the pavement in a steady rhythm, breath syncing with each stride, the vision arrived with startling clarity. Japanese running shoes could do to German athletic footwear what Japanese cameras had done to German cameras.

This moment of inspiration, born from the marriage of physical movement and mental clarity, would eventually birth Nike. Though Phil couldn't have known that his pre-dawn revelation would transform both his life and the entire world of sports.

What Phil experienced that morning was a burst of creativity. But it wasn’t random. He had built a habit. He was unknowingly tapping into ancient wisdom that yogis have understood for millennia. The human body and mind are one integrated system. True wellness demands both physical and mental engagement.
