Not a Religion, More like a Science

The Yogi philosophy offers a unique and comprehensive approach to personal growth and transformation.

The cool thing about the Yogi philosophy is that it explains complex concepts in simple terms, giving a broader perspective on how life works and what makes sense. It is practical, simple, clear and proven, appealing to both skeptics and the most spiritual.

The Western mind is eminently practical, it is only a question of time before it recognizes the value of these teachings.

Although the Yogi philosophy sees good in every religion, it is not a religion but rather closer to being a science. Because most of its theories can be experimented with and proven by scientific methods.

The great Swiss psychiatrist and one of the most influential thinkers of our time, Carl Jung, reflected deeply on human nature, studied both Western and Eastern philosophies and wrote this about yoga, and I quote:
