In a forest clearing untouched by human hands, a single bamboo seed disappeared into darkness. It will remain invisible for months, maybe years.
Months or years.
Think about that. While nearby flowers bloomed with spring fanfare and towering oaks added rings to their trunks, the bamboo remained unseen. Underground, however, a revolution was taking place.
Preparation. Foundation. Transformation.
In that hidden realm of soil and silence, the bamboo was building something remarkable. An elaborate network of roots stretching outward and downward. An invisible foundation of extraordinary strength. No applause. No recognition. Just purposeful growth in darkness.
"The roots are not a delay," a master gardener would tell you. "They are the entire purpose."
