I was born and raised in northern Mexico. At 24, I dropped out of college and founded a restaurant chain, later moving to the US to continue its growth. Beyond focusing on healthy food, my restaurant aimed to cultivate a culture of kindness, connection, and excellence.
A decade later, I've shifted to a new mission: sharing my thoughts and yogi teachings.
Although I’m certified as a yoga teacher, it was the spiritual wisdom that captivated me and led me to study the philosophies behind the practice. Throughout it all, the yogi philosophy has been my guiding light, helping me navigate both the good times and the bad. It has made me more self-aware, assertive, peaceful, and joyful.
After closing my restaurant, I decided to channel my experiences into writing, hoping to inspire and help others on their own journeys. And so, Daily Yogi was born.
I feel compelled to share this wisdom and the love that has transformed me into a better version of myself. My goal is to offer you inspiration and guidance on your individual path of growth as a human being and to help you expand your perspective on life, so you live with less fear, confusion, and anxiety.
