You Can Figure It Out
Separate yourself from your body, from your mind. Realize they are tools for your expression. Remember you can train them to your advantage. Remember you can figure things out. You are a resourceful being.

The Yogis emphasize learning about the nature of humans, our composition. The reason why they consider it important is because by learning that we are spirit within all of us; by learning that we have different tools for expression - the body and the mind; by learning that we are not our minds, we make it easier for us to control those tools.
Everything has a solution. Anything can be learned. Anything can be figured out. You just need to put time and effort into it and focus. There are many ways in which the mind can find that, especially now that we have the web, Google, Youtube and the rest of wonderful technologies that let us literally find any information we want within seconds. There are tutorials for everything.
Once you recognize that you're not your mind, it's gonna be easier for you to be in the mindset of thinking: “okay, if I'm not my mind, and it is my tool, then that means that, like any other tool, I can learn how to use it to my advantage. So, I can figure out stuff, even if I don't know it right now, I can figure everything out.”
We can use our mind to solve things and overcome our obstacles; we have that potential within each of us. And we’ll make it easier for us if we separate ourselves from our bodies and minds. We can use them. We can train them to learn whatever skill we want.
That doesn't mean that you are going to be able to do everything that life offers. No. You choose. You have the ability to choose what you want to learn. And then if you like doing something or if you desire to learn something, you just apply yourself with everything you’ve got.
The Yogis know that the mind can be trained to concentrate itself on a single thing for long periods of time. Concentration is powerful. It unlocks the door to learning anything we set our minds to. And to cultivate concentration we have to concentrate often. On a single object. On a single idea. On a single task. On your breath when meditating. This will strengthen that specific “muscle” and it will gradually become easier.
Separate yourself from your body, from your mind. Realize they are tools for your expression. Remember you can train them to your advantage. Remember you can figure things out. You are a resourceful being .
