Be Kind To Yourself
Embrace yourself, cherish your existence, and continue contributing your irreplaceable and unique part to the grand journey of life. Your impact may not always be visible or immediate, but it resonates through the interconnectedness of all living things. You are enough and an indispensable part of the world.
The Yogi philosophy teaches that you are experiencing the necessary things for your ultimate good. Don't feel sorry for yourself; don’t wish for your circumstances to be different. Feel grateful for being alive, for breathing. Your life is as precious as any other life, no matter how insignificant you may think you are or how unimportant you may perceive your role to be.
In the words of Yogi Ramacharaka,
“You are the most precious thing—a living soul, and if you were destroyed, the whole system of universes would crumble, for you are as necessary as the greatest part of it—it cannot do without you—you cannot be lost or destroyed—you are part of it all and are eternal.”
And so, you are needed, you are loved, and you matter as much as anyone else. You are a precious human life. You are a part of the great machinery of life. An essential one. Regardless of your place in society. Regardless of your material achievements. Regardless of your perceived shortcomings or limitations.
Your worth transcends external measures and societal expectations. You carry inherent value simply by being. Your existence contributes to the intricate fabric of humanity, weaving a story that is uniquely yours and irreplaceable.
Whatever you're doing, whatever your position is, it is significant and important. Keep doing the best you can, even if your best at this moment doesn’t seem like much. Be kind, especially to yourself. Love yourself exactly as you are. You are not perfect, and you’ll never be. No one is.
Remember, you are exactly where you need to be, and you won’t be kept there any longer than your soul needs. Embrace yourself, cherish your existence, and continue contributing your irreplaceable and unique part to the grand journey of life. Your impact may not always be visible or immediate, but it resonates through the interconnectedness of all living things. You are enough and an indispensable part of the world.
