Like Nothing Else I’ve Done
And so, as the year comes to an end, I want to thank you! Thank you for following me on this journey of self-realization. Thank you for participating in polls and taking the time to leave your comments. Thank you for letting me know you enjoy what I write. Thank you for feeling attracted to these teachings. Thank you for being willing to expand your perspective on life alongside me. Thank you for being part of the Daily Yogi community.
Before starting these daily emails back in March, I promised myself I would publish one every weekday. I did the math, and my goal was to finish the year with 200+ episodes. Back then, it seemed like a daunting task, a faraway objective that would be hard to reach.
I’ve always struggled with writing. I don’t consider myself good at it. Words don’t come to me naturally. English is my second language. It is always a challenge to digest Yogi teachings and express them in the most practical way possible.
But I do the best I know how. I practice what I preach. I look for lessons in every experience I have, in every memory I remember, in every mistake I make, in every word I read, in every interaction I have.
Today, with the 215th piece I publish, I can't feel anything other than gratitude for all of you who subscribed and read what I have to say every day.
I am doing this out of love. It is hard and time consuming, but it truly brings a sense of fulfillment, like nothing else I’ve ever done. There's no better way I would spend my free time—working on myself, reading, researching, experiencing the fullness of life, reflecting on it, and sharing it with you. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time, and this year I finally mustered the courage to start.
My words would mean nothing if it weren't for people like you. Thank you for reading. I appreciate you!
Happy New Year!
