Your Gateway to Health and Vitality
Breathing properly is the first and simplest step you can take to be healthy. The more you fill up your lungs, the more oxygen and prana you absorb.

Your body is truly extraordinary. Day in and day out, the intelligence behind it works tirelessly to keep you alive, vibrant, and thriving. It needs prana, the energy that powers us all, to do all its functions properly. And the main way to absorb prana is through the simple act of breathing.
Breathing is more than just a mundane bodily function. It lies at the very core of our existence—it's the essence of life itself. Without it, other functions of the body would come to a halt. We all know that the air we breathe contains oxygen. But the Yogis know that the air is also fully charged with prana. We are constantly inhaling air charged with this vital force.
When you inhale, oxygen and prana enter your lungs, ready to embark on a vital journey. Oxygen enters the bloodstream, while prana is used by your nervous system. Your blood carries that oxygen to every part of your body, nourishing your organs, while prana gives them the spark of life they need. The more you fill up your lungs, the more oxygen and prana you absorb.

This is a short reminder for all of us. To take a moment to notice our breath right now. On your next inhale, fill the lower, middle, and upper parts of your lungs slowly and steadily. Then exhale it slowly. Try to carry this awareness throughout the day, as much as possible.
The more conscious we can be of our breathing, the better. We must train ourselves to fill up all of our lungs, not just the upper part, as most of our parents or teachers taught us when we were young. All of our lungs. Because the more parts of our lungs that air enters, the more oxygen and prana we absorb.
Breathe consciously, breathe deeply, and you’ll radiate vitality.
